Ok, so this is totally the other side of my life. Russian adoption and corporate America. I routinely joke with my colleagues that my work projects (powerpoint presentations, excel spreadsheets) prepared me well for the dossier paperwork.

Yep. Replace "workplace" with "adoption" and it still rings true. ;>
